Accepting these terms

By visiting the site, creating an account, uploading materials, submitting generation tasks, buying a subscription, or purchasing credits, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

If you use Omnilyra on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for login credentials, sessions, internal team usage, and activity under your account.

• Do not share, sell, rent, or misuse accounts.
• Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized account use.
• We may restrict accounts involved in unusual, fraudulent, abusive, or terms-violating activity.

Subscriptions, credits, and top-ups

Omnilyra uses credits to meter AI generation and related resource usage. Subscription plans grant subscription credits each billing period, and one-time purchases grant top-up credits.

Credits may be frozen when a task is submitted and settled based on actual usage after the task completes. Different credit types may have different expiry, refund adjustment, and usage priority rules.

• Lite, Pro, and Studio subscription credits are granted after the relevant payment or subscription event is confirmed. A checkout redirect alone does not guarantee that credits have been delivered.
• Subscription credits are generally granted with the subscription billing period and may expire when the period ends or the subscription is canceled.
• Top-up credits are currently available only to active Pro and Studio subscribers, follow the validity period shown at purchase, and expire separately from subscription credits.
• If a purchase is refunded, matching credits may be deducted or a negative balance may be created. A negative balance may prevent new generation tasks until it is resolved.
• Prices, credit amounts, plan benefits, and purchase availability are controlled by the product page and checkout page shown at the time of purchase.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions, upgrades, top-ups, taxes, and refunds are processed by third-party payment and merchant-of-record providers. You authorize those services to charge the shown prices, taxes, and billing cycles.

Omnilyra currently uses Creem for checkout, customer portal access, payment event delivery, tax handling, and invoice links where available. Credits, subscription state, and top-up delivery are updated after Omnilyra receives and processes the relevant payment or webhook event.

Canceling a subscription generally stops future renewals, but it does not necessarily create an automatic refund for the current period. Whether a refund occurs, the amount, and timing depend on the payment provider, applicable law, and our billing rules.

Content and usage rights

You keep the rights you already have in your uploaded materials, prompts, and lawfully owned content. You grant Omnilyra a limited license needed to process, store, display, and deliver generated results.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use generated results according to the scope shown on the plan page. AI-generated results may be similar to outputs generated for other users, may contain inaccuracies, and may require additional review before commercial, public, or regulated use.

You are responsible for confirming that uploaded materials, prompts, references, and generated outputs do not violate third-party rights or applicable rules for the channel where you publish them.

Acceptable use

You may not use Omnilyra for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, exploitative, malicious automation, safety-bypassing, or platform-destabilizing activity.

• Do not upload materials you do not have the right to use, including content protected by copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Do not generate or distribute content for scams, impersonation, malware, violent harm, or illegal transactions.
• Do not generate NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually exploitative content.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit billing, access controls, content safety systems, or system limitations.

Service availability

Omnilyra works to keep the service stable, but AI models, third-party services, cloud infrastructure, payment systems, or maintenance may cause delays, interruptions, failures, or changes in output quality.

Some capabilities may be experimental. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features, models, prices, plans, and credit rules. Actual generation cost may differ from an estimate shown before or during a task, and Omnilyra may return or additionally deduct credits after final settlement.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Omnilyra or manage subscriptions through the page controls. We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these terms, create safety risk, have billing irregularities, or if required by law.

After service ends, obligations related to accrued fees, restricted content use, and legal compliance continue to apply.
