Learn how Omnilyra handles account details, prompts, generated assets, payment status, and usage data.
Information we collect
When you create an account, sign in, upload assets, enter prompts, generate content, buy a subscription, or purchase credits, we collect information related to those actions.
- Account details: email, display name, login provider, email verification status, and account identifiers.
- Creative data: prompts, reference images, uploaded files, generation parameters, task status, generated assets, storage object identifiers, and generation spending records.
- Billing data: subscription plan, credit pack, wallet balance, frozen credits, credit expiry, payment status, transaction identifiers, refund status, webhook event identifiers, and billing event timestamps.
- Technical data: device information, browser information, IP address, request logs, error logs, and basic analytics data.
How we use information
We use this information to provide Omnilyra's core features, including authentication, file uploads, AI generation, asset delivery, credit deduction, order history, and customer support.
We also use aggregated or de-identified data to understand feature performance, troubleshoot errors, detect abuse, and improve the product experience.
Prompts and generated assets
Your prompts, uploaded materials, and generated assets may be stored so you can view, download, continue editing, or troubleshoot generated results. Uploaded and generated files may be stored through cloud or S3-compatible object storage.
We do not publicly display your private generated assets to other users unless you authorize it, we need to comply with law, or we need to handle safety or support requests.
To complete a generation task, Omnilyra may send prompts, reference files, settings, and task metadata to AI model providers or related processing services. Those providers may process the information according to their own service terms and security practices.
Payment and subscription data
Omnilyra uses third-party payment and merchant-of-record providers to process subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, taxes, refunds, and billing management.
Omnilyra currently uses Creem for checkout, customer portal access, payment events, taxes, and invoice links where available. We store the transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment status, refund amounts, webhook event identifiers, credit delivery status, and event timestamps needed to complete billing workflows. Full payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, and Omnilyra does not store full card numbers.
Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary information only to provide the service, comply with law, protect the platform, or complete actions you initiate.
Recipients may include cloud storage, database, authentication, payment, AI model, logging, analytics, email, and content safety providers.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet billing and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise limit further use. Some backups, logs, webhook records, invoices, tax records, and financial records may be retained longer for security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can update account information, sign out, manage subscriptions, and view orders and spending records. You can also contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your account.
Some requests may be limited by billing, fraud prevention, compliance, or security requirements. We will explain the reason where reasonable and process the parts we can fulfill.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted transport, log monitoring, and least-privilege practices to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Omnilyra may process information through infrastructure and service providers located in different regions. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed outside your location.
