Omnilyra uses credits. You subscribe to a monthly plan, receive the current period's credits, and spend them on AI image and video generation tasks.

How are credits converted?

Each subscription plan includes a fixed monthly credit allowance. A generation uses more credits when it needs a larger size, higher clarity, longer duration, or more variations.

Do subscription credits expire?

Yes. Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period. The next subscription.paid event grants the new period's credits and resets unused subscription credits.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Use the billing portal from your account or pricing page to manage cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals, but current-period credits and refund handling follow the payment provider and billing rules.

Who can buy extra credit packs?

Extra credit packs are for subscribers who need more credits after their monthly allowance. If credit packs are not shown for your account, upgrade your subscription first. Packs expire 30 days after payment.

Do failed image or video generations spend credits?

No. Credits are held when the task starts, then returned automatically if the task fails.

Can the final generation cost change after a task starts?

Yes. A task may hold an estimated amount first, then settle after the final output is ready. If the final cost is higher, Omnilyra may additionally charge wallet credits; if it is lower or fails, credits are returned.
